Safety operation procedures for filling machine

1. This machine only uses down to finish cleaning.

2. Before starting the machine, check whether there are sundries and other articles on the mechanical conveyor belt, and clean them up in time, and add lubricating oil to all gears, sprockets and bearings inside the machine every week.

3. Before starting the machine, start the exhaust fan first. After reviewing that the exhaust fan can really perform the exhaust impregnation, press the green start button of the mechanical switch box. After the machine is started without abnormality, turn the reverse switch to position 1. The improvement direction of the automatic filling machine's inquiry and visit feeding belt should be toward the inside of the machine. If the machine is the same, press the red intermittent button to state that the machine maintenance personnel are dispatched to the correct feeding direction.

4. After the machine runs abnormally for 15 seconds, down can be laid on the feeding belt. The feeding thickness must be less than 6cm to prevent affecting the cleaning and dyeing of down. Abnormal operation can be carried out when down is sent out from the discharge pipe of the down feeder.

5. Shutdown sequence after operation: After all the down on the feeding belt is fed in, turn the reverse switch to the central O position, press the red intermittent button of the electrical box, and then press the intermittent button of the exhaust fan after the machine is completely stopped.

6. Mechanical protection and safety maintenance:

　　①。 Do not open the cover plates on the machine during operation.

　　②。 Eliminate the pile on the mechanical chain and gear on time every week and add lubricating oil.

　　③。 It is necessary to cut off all the switching power supply of the machine and feather machine when removing the residual hair in the machine,

Use a wooden stick to remove the down from the down outlet at the rear of the machine. You can't clean it by hand.

　　④。 When the linter outlet of the fleece loosening machine is blocked with vitality, stop the machine and clean up according to method ③.

　　⑤。 After the daily operation, the machinery shall be cleaned, the excellent working environment shall be insisted, and the power supply shall be blocked
