On time protection and maintenance of filling machine

The filling machine is a kind of light industrial equipment that can be used for commercial purposes and clothing industry. It is a machine that uses high pressure fan to fill down, chemical fiber and other fillers, down jackets, duvets and other clothing products.

Many problems in the use of the filling machine are due to inadequate protection and maintenance. Therefore, we should master the method of punctuality protection and maintenance of the filling machine, and use the power of the forward machine. It can be done from the following aspects:

Every day:

1. Clean up the weighing box with an air gun and blow away the dust and sundries in the box before going off duty every day.

Note: The air gun should not be opened too much, just blow it quietly.

2. If the stainless steel mesh on the lint outlet nozzle is blocked by lint, please use an air gun to clean up the blocked lint in the mesh, so as to affect the exhaust speed and cause the lint to not be extracted normally within a regular time.

3. The door of the weighing box should not be opened and closed too hard to avoid heavy objects hitting the weighing box.

Every 3 days:

1. After the scale body is cleaned and peeled, use weights to check whether the grams read by the scale body in the weighing box are the same as the grams of weights (the fault range is 0g-0.1g). If the fault is serious, please calibrate from the beginning in time.

2. Clean up the dust and sundries in the electric control cabinet.

Every 7 days:

1. Please dewater the dewatering tank every seven days. Operation steps: close the upper and lower valves of the tank, turn over the tank exhaust valve, connect a drain pipe under the pipe after the gas is exhausted, and then unscrew the drain valve to drain the water.

2. Open all the doors and clean up the dust in the dust remover with an air gun.

Every 15 days:

1. The dewatering tank shall be drained once, as shown above.

2. Clean up the sundries on the base layer of the filling machine to ensure that there is no dead space and to prevent the sundries such as cloth strips from entering the box, or the impeller will wind the cloth strips when rolling. Please shut down the machine in time to clean up.
